Mayor Richard M. Daley today joined Congressman Luis V. Gutierrez, Congressman Rahm Emanuel, State Senator Iris Y. Martinez, Representative John A. Fritchey, Alderman Richard Mell (33rd), Alderman Eugene Schulter (47th) and Department of Children and Youth Services Commissioner Mary Ellen Caron to dedicate the Concordia Avondale Campus.
